Well it looks like Toro y Moi is working on a new album! Bundick, who produced two incredible releases last year is recording this new album in a studio. No word on who is producing the album but it will be interesting to hear the differences between his previous works and this new album.

Apparently this happened over the weekend.
Tyler, the Creator, Frank Ocean, and Chaz Bundick (of Toro y Moi) got together to, possibly, record. It’s still unclear what really was going on, but this picture posted on Tyler’s twitter, along with a few other status updates, suggests that the trio was working on something.
One of the best tracks from this year was a remix of an early Tyler cut, French done by Toro y Moi. If these guys are working together, magic would most likely happen.
While i’ve been on this little Toro y Moi kick, i decided to go scour the depths of google (meaning the bottom of page 1) to find a leak for the EP. Which i did.

All Alone || Toro y Moi
A new song has surfaced from Chazwick Bundick, also known as Toro y Moi. The song is featured on his upcoming EP Freaking Out, which already has had one song released earlier this summer. The EP is expected to be released on September 13th, the same day as Neon Indian’s new album Era Extraña. So you will be riding the fuck out of all sorts of chillwaves all goddamn day!

Saturday Love || Toro y Moi
Chillwave artist Toro y Moi has already released one incredible album this year and he’s not quitting soon. He’s preparing a new EP titled Freaking Out later this year. This song, which happens to be a cover of an Alexander O’ Neal & Cherelle song, is the first that we have heard from the EP.
I have to say that Chaz is on a winning streak this year.

Blink and You’ll Miss a Revolution (Toro Y Moi Remix) || Cut Copy
Cut Copy will be releasing their new single “Blink and You’ll Miss a Revolution” in August, and this is one of the remixes that it will feature. This was my second favorite track from Zonoscope and i was sad that they didn’t play it when i saw them in April, but i’m glad that it is going to be released as a single.
